General Terms

 

Participation in any Santi United program is subject to acceptance and availability. By applying to or participating in a program, applicants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

 

Santi United reserves the right to update programs, schedules, locations, or content when reasonably required.

 


 

Participation & Responsibility

 

All participants are expected to follow the rules, instructions, and code of conduct set by Santi United staff.

 

Santi United is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow instructions, inappropriate behavior, or violation of program rules.

 


 

Health & Fitness

 

Participants confirm that they are medically fit to take part in football activities.

 

Santi United is not liable for injuries resulting from pre-existing medical conditions that were not disclosed prior to participation.

 

Reasonable measures are taken to ensure player safety at all times.

 


 

Liability Disclaimer

 

Participation in football activities involves inherent risks.

 

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Santi United is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in training, matches, travel, or related activities
  • Parents or guardians accept responsibility for personal belongings and non-program activities

 

This does not exclude liability where prohibited by applicable law.

 


 

Travel, Visas & Documentation

 

Travel arrangements, visas, insurance, and required documentation remain the responsibility of participants and/or their legal guardians unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

Administrative coordination and regulatory processes are supported through **Samari Services & Consultancy**.

 


 

Media & Promotion

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participants grant Santi United permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during programs for promotional and communication purposes.

 

Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time.

 


 

Program Changes & Cancellations

 

Santi United reserves the right to modify or cancel programs due to circumstances beyond its control, including safety, logistical, or regulatory reasons.

 

Specific cancellation and refund terms are communicated individually per program.

 


 

Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations relevant to the location in which the program is delivered.
