Santi United is committed to safeguarding the wellbeing, safety, and dignity of all players participating in its programs. Player welfare always takes priority over performance.

 

Safeguarding principles are integrated into all activities delivered internationally, in Dubai, and in Europe.


Supervision & Duty of Care

All programs operate under structured supervision models.

 

This includes:

 

  •  Continuous supervision during training, matches, accommodation, transport, and activities
  • Clear staff responsibilities and reporting lines
  • Appropriate staff-to-player ratios

 

Players are not left unsupervised during official program activities.


Staff Conduct & Professional Standards

All coaches and staff adhere to a strict professional code of conduct.

 

This includes:

 

  •  Respectful and appropriate behavior at all times
  • Clear boundaries between staff and players
  • No unsupervised private meetings
  • Respect for cultural and personal boundaries

 

Any breach of conduct is addressed immediately.


Medical Care & Emergency Procedures

Prior to participation, relevant medical information and emergency contact details are collected.

 

Clear procedures are in place for:

 

  •  Injury management
  • Emergency medical response
  • Access to medical facilities when required

Consent, Media & Data Protection

Participation requires formal consent where applicable.


This includes consent for:


  •  Program participation
  • Medical treatment if required
  • Media use (photography and video)


Personal data is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.


Reporting & Compliance

Clear procedures exist for reporting safeguarding concerns. All reports are treated confidentially and addressed promptly.

 

Administrative compliance, licensing, and coordination with authorities are managed in collaboration with **Samari Services & Consultancy**.
